At CAVALLY, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order.
Return Policy:
• Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. You are welcome to inspect your order while the courier is present.
• Once the courier leaves, returns will no longer be accepted under any circumstances.
• If you choose to return the product at the time of delivery, only the shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
• Inspection is allowed during handover.
Exchange Policy:
• Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that do not meet these conditions.

: سياسة الاسترجاع
• يتم قبول الاسترجاع فقط وقت استلام الطلب من المندوب.
• يمكنك معاينة المنتج أثناء وجود المندوب.
• بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع نهائياً.
• في حال قررت إرجاع المنتج وقت الاستلام، يتحمل العميل فقط تكلفة الشحن.

• يُسمح بطلب الاستبدال خلال ٧ ايام من تاريخ الاستلام.
• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، غير مغسول، وجميع البطاقات والعلامات الأصلية مرفقة به.
• نحتفظ بحقنا في رفض الاستبدال إذا لم تتوفر هذه الشروط.
